Doing a good job in the ceramics industrial park's waste gas treatment will be of great significance to the improvement of regional ambient air quality. So how does the ceramics industry treat the waste gas? Generally, a bag filter + water spray process is selected. But after a period of use, the effect will be reduced or even no effect, then we need to find out the reason.
 
 
 
I. Analysis of waste gas treatment of water spray tower
 
Exhaust dust enters the cloth bag dust collector for treatment to remove the dust, and then flows into the flue water spray tower for lye spray to achieve the purpose of dust removal and desulfurization.
 
Bag dust collector: The air box pulse bag dust collector is composed of 4 boxes, and there is a poppet-driven poppet valve on the outlet pipe on the side of each box. When the dust collector filters the dust-containing gas to a certain time (or the resistance reaches a preset value), the dust cleaning program controller automatically controls the continuous operation. The entire box design uses the inlet and outlet header structure. The ash hopper can be extended under the inlet header to make the incoming dust-containing flue gas directly enter the enlarged ash hopper to achieve the effect of pre-dusting, and remove the level that is prone to blockage. tube. Therefore, the air box pulse bag dust collector can not only handle dust-containing gas with general concentration, but also can handle high-concentration, high-humidity dust-containing gas up to 1300g / Nm3.
 
Flue-type water spray tower: The flue gas after dust removal passes through the sedimentation chamber. An alkali spray system is set up in the sedimentation chamber. The alkali is used to react with sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas to achieve the purpose of sulfur removal. The sodium-alkali absorbent used for desulfurization has high reactivity and fast absorption speed, which can reduce the liquid-gas ratio and reduce operating costs; the liquid phase in the desulfurization zone and the circulation pipeline is sodium-based clear liquid, which has a large solubility of the absorbent, and the The precipitation is separated outside the desulfurization zone, which can greatly reduce the chance of scaling in the desulfurization zone and in the pipeline.
 
From the monitoring results, the dust exceeded the standard by 1.6 times. The analysis may have the following reasons:
 
1. The material of the bag is poor, the use time is long, the maintenance is not timely and not in place, and some of the bags are damaged and not replaced in time, which will cause the dust to be effectively handled.
 
2. The sedimentation and residence time of the spraying wastewater is not enough, which causes the circulating water to be used for the next spraying without being clarified, so that the suspended matter in the wastewater may be brought into the exhaust gas next time, and the purification effect is not achieved.
 
Second, the water spray tower exhaust gas treatment optimization scheme
 
1. The cloth bag is used for a long time, and the maintenance is not timely and in place. First, check the dust concentration of the exhaust gas outlet of the bag. If the dust concentration at the outlet of the bag is high, it is most likely that the bag is damaged. Replace it immediately and establish a system. Regularly shut down and check the bag condition to ensure that the dust cannot be effectively processed.
 
2. The settling chamber spray circulating water and ball mill wastewater share a water treatment system, which is not conducive to the spray water and alkali control pH. The circulating water sedimentation tank needs to be modified to use an independent water treatment system to extend the residence time to achieve the purpose of clarification; or to increase the circulating water treatment device so that the concentration of suspended matter in the wastewater reaches the spraying requirement to ensure purification effect.
 
At the same time, in order to ensure the long-term stability of the exhaust gas from the water spray tower, the following work needs to be done:
 
1. The lye circulation tank is equipped with an automatic pH control system and an automatic dosing system to achieve intelligent control. The staff must also check the pH regularly to ensure the appropriate lye concentration.
 
2. Reconstruction of the settlement chamber, eliminating the interface between the pipeline and the settlement chamber and cracks in the settlement chamber body to ensure its tightness. At the same time, the spraying system of the sedimentation chamber should be maintained, and the clogged nozzles should be replaced in time to ensure the spraying effect to improve the treatment effect of dust and sulfur dioxide.
